The rooms at Toverberg Guest Houses are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area to relax in. As a budget traveler, I appreciate that the rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for when I want to unwind. Having a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower in each room is a convenient feature. I really liked that some guestrooms had an electric blanket, which kept me warm and cozy during the night. The clothes rack in selected guestrooms was a handy addition for keeping my belongings organized. All units come with a seating area, making the room feel more spacious and comfortable.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the shared apartment to be a bit noisy.

It was located in a peaceful area short walk to restaurants, the coast and the lovely private garden, Had easy check in.

Stunning setting to another establishment I recently visited in Colesberg. A safe box, central heating, and coffee and tea making equipment; impeccably clean and huge rooms. Pleasant staff at any hour.

I got incredible value for my money at Toverberg Guest Houses. The cottage was larger than expected with a cozy lounge area, separate bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The staff treated me like family and even provided me with a time schedule for loadshedding hours. The location was perfect, with safe parking and a peaceful garden.

The morning meal could have been improved with more breakfast options.

Tidy rooms, I did not want to leave there.

Excellent place, truly enjoyed being there. The bedroom was spacious, had exceptionally comfortable bed.

cleanliness was on point. the place was spick and span. location was great - on a quiet street but close to the town centre. got some local tips from the host. oh, and they even provided ground coffee instead of the usual instant stuff. a nice little touch!

clean and cozy with everything we needed. loved the national heritage houses and the charming street. met a hilarious host who recommended an amazing restaurant. also very close to several restaurants. the little garden was perfect for our dog. the locked garage was a great bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore and dine at the top three restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fantastic amenities such as air conditioning and cozy living rooms. the service is outstanding, with the host going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and had a half-door, which may not be ideal for some guests.

Limited Kitchen Facilities: However, we were a bit disappointed to discover that the self-catering apartment did not have a fully equipped kitchen. With only a kettle and microwave available, our dreams of whipping up a gourmet feast were quickly extinguished.
